Terms of Service

Please read through the terms and conditions carefully before placing a commission order, as by commissioning the artist, you are agreeing to all the following terms.

Copyright and Usage:

I, as the artist, have all the rights to retain copyrights over my commissioned pieces.
I get the full rights to reject a commission request anytime depending on the circumstances on my side, or simply feel uncomfortable doing.
I retain rights to upload the commissioned works on the internet UNLESS stated otherwise by the clients or commissioners.
You, as a commissioner, hold rights to the intellectual property (IP) and may use it however you want BUT cannot claim it as your own work nor use it for commercial purposes, unless the commissioned work is for commercial purposes itself.
I strictly do not accept NFT-related commissions as I do not support NFTs in general. Please do not ask about them let alone request a commission.
Using my commissioned works for AI purposes is undoubtedly a violation and the client shall be permanently blocked in all platforms to refrain from commissioning the artist again.

Payment:

Method of payment is via Paypal Invoice or through direct bank transfer with USD ($) or Qatari Riyal. Qatari Riyal should be paid the same amount of USD converted.
I only accept full payment upfront after sketch is finalized. Payment must be deposited within 72 hours, or I decline the commission request altogether.
Once payment is received, I will begin to work on the commission.

Additional Fees:

Additional fees will be applied if the client has a deadline for the commission, since I take quite the time to finish a piece, ranging from 1 week to at most a month.
Extra fees will also be applied if a client decides to commission extra props / accessories, complex backgrounds, or additional character(s).

Refunds and Cancellations:

Refunds will not be available once I am halfway through the piece. In some cases, if provided with justifiable reasoning, 50% refund will be applicable.
The client has the rights to cancel a commission order and get a refund if I have not started the commission, or if I did not give updates nor began the piece after over a month.

Process:

Once the sketch is finalized and payment is received, I will start working on the commission.
Minor changes are acceptable during sketching and outlining stages, however, I will not allow the client to request a major change during coloring stage or when I am halfway through the piece. In some circumstances when it is plausible, I will charge extra fees.
Commissions may take from 1 week to a month at most depending how many commissions I have lined up or how busy I am with my personal life. I apologize if it takes time, I do not like to rush my works. In any cases, a client may set a deadline for me to finish the commission but I will charge fees for that. Please send a note if you want to set a deadline so I can prioritize your commission order.
I will send updates on the commission every now and then to keep the client updated with how the piece is going.
You as a client will be receiving progress work for reviews in low resolution once payment is made, and will receive high resolution work through Google drive or email when I finish the piece--one in PNG form with no watermark and one in JPEG with watermark in case you want to share it on social media.

Title: Commission + (your name / username)
Type of commission: full body / headshot / waist-up / thigh-up colored sketch / etc
Character(s): for a visual purpose of how I should draw the certain character(s). Please provide as much as references as possible!
Poses/details: please provide specific poses for a visual reference since it will benefit a lot from my side, and details like the expression / mood of the character(s) will help as well.
Others: small things and details to take note of, backgrounds, etc.
